Local Restaurants & Places to Eat around Framilode

Bill's Gloucester Quays Restaurant

71-72 Llanthony Rd, Gloucester GL1 5SH, UK – 01452 309151

Love Bills. Food is great and the staff are lovely. This visit we chose the sharing platter which made for a perfect light lunch.

Great place, especially the service. Enjoyed having excellent food and nice big portions. Recommend the lamb and ribs. Highly recommended. We hope to go back.

Shanghai Restaurant

131 Bristol Rd, Gloucester GL1 5SA, UK – 01452 331688

You can't really go wrong for what is included. All of the starters were incredible, especially the shredded lamb. The black bean sauce was quite salty, but other than that every dish was tasty. Service was a little slow, but that actually made the evening nicer. It allowed food to settle and time for chat. Would definitely return.

All you can eat buffet menu which allows you to try new things. There is a vegetarian menu as well. Good service as well

Nepalese Chef

24-26 London Rd, Gloucester GL1 3NR, UK – 01452 500170

If I'm ever in Gloucester this is my first choice place to eat. Pleased to see how detailed their menu is, all ingredients and allergens listed for vegans, it makes menu choices so much easier when things are clear. Also helps that everything is delicious. When I was a meat eater I struggle to choice between lamb and chicken because both were so tender and succulent. If you're a fan of curry then visit Nepalese chef for tasty food and great service.

tried the food from here for the first time today after searching Google to see where is good to eat in gloucester. fair play I'm well impressed, I'd recommend it to anyone and I'd def go there again. the Mrs is fussy and only likes sweet and not spicy curry so they did of a sweet mango curry and she loved it, it's clean and tidy and all the staff and and nice too. after trying to explain to the manager how the Mrs likes her curry he even did us a little sample one of different flavours to the one I ordered for her to try and one of there somosa to try as there use decent pastry instead of the regular rice paper ones you get from everywhere else. give it a try you won't be disappointed.
