Was easy to book tickets and collect them. Food is slightly over priced. Staff were very friendly. Did find it awkward by myself to direct a two and a half year old, carry food, pick up a booster seat and get into the theater. Some sort of tray would be nice. Or boosters in the actual screening room. My son is so light the the booster just folded up in the chair 🙈 so he sat on my lap or stood up to watch the film.
It was too cold in their tonight. The air conditioning is always on, I hate having to sit with my coat and scarf on. I will be back next week or week after as I enjoy going. Will edit again, if you can improve the temperature

The Darkest hour was excellent, despite a certain amount of poetic licence. The cinema is good value and on this afternoons matinee showing very popular. I suggest getting there half an hour early to ensure you get a seat. On the subject of seats, they were a tad hard, it took half an hour for the circulation to return! All in all a good experience and well worth the £6.00 entry fee. Drinks were also excellent value.
Lovely little cinema. Very friendly staff. Clean and tidy. But best of all its cheap. My daughter and I watched a film with popcorn for less than it would have cost for just me to get in at the big cinema. Cheap film. Cheap snacks. Just what you need.

A nice selection of stores, however as soon as one opens another seems to close! 100% improvement from what used to be there. Plenty of food options to pick from as well as having a nice large cinema. Parking could do with improving though as during busy periods can sometimes become hard to park.
Gloucester quays I'd great if you like to shop for clothes, shoes or small household items (decorations or kitchen appliances) there is little else here. It would be nice to see more entertainment facilities and a greater variety of shops. Parking can be expensive although I personally find it hard to kill much time here without using the cinema or going for food (of which there is a wide selection of cuisines). Children are obviously bored by the shopping experience here as they are often disruptive and disrespectful to service staff and other shoppers. I have also witnessed a number of incidents here and noticed the security staff to be severely lacking and almost unwilling to confront issues.

Fab school with a close family feeling, the teachers are caring and inspirational. They make all the children feel like stars. I couldn't wish for a nicer environment for my granddaughter and grandson to learn their dancing and acting skills. Have a great rapport with the other mums and Tuesday's feel like a social get together while the children have their lessons.
This is a wonderful dance and theater school. Children grow with confidence and strength. Great way to build self confidence and make friends. Wonderful family atmosphere.
